The right-click options (also called the right-click action menu) available on a page or window are a combination of standard options and options specific to the page or window you are on. Generally the right-click options are grouped the same throughout the system: Edit, Add, View, Tools, and Reports.
Within each grouping are additional options, specific to the page or window you are on. For each option with an arrow (>) behind it, additional drop-down menus and options are available. These additional options are often referred to as "actions."
Below is a general description of the actions contained in each grouping:
- Edit: Contains actions allowing you to edit the selected record, related records or to edit multiple records.
- Add: Contains actions allowing you to add information based on the page or window you are on. The available actions change based on the page or window you are accessing.
- View: Contains actions allowing you to view information based on the page or window you are on. The available actions change based on the page or window you are accessing. Common view actions are Activities, Notes, Documents.
- Tools: Contains actions allowing you to perform processes based on the page or window you are on. The available actions change based on the page or window you are accessing.
- Reports: Typically contains the Reports options. Clicking on one of the Reports options opens a report list with the available reports based on the page or window you are on. On some pages or windows, you can select multiple records and select Reports to print multiple reports at one time.

Hello - is there a way to customize the contextual menus? E.G. I'd like to add Documents to the right-click menu of a Detailed Bookings search.
Thanks,
Zak.

Hi Zak,
Right-click options are defined by the system and cannot be customized.
Thanks,
Maggie
