The Order Inquiry screen displays all orders in the system regardless of order type: service orders, registration orders, fulfillment orders, membership orders (also standing membership orders), housing orders, and statistics orders. Due to this, the Order Inquiry screen is especially beneficial if you use multiple order types. Instead of having to view multiple order screens to see each order type, the Order Inquiry screen provides a central place to review all orders.
To access the Order Inquiry screen, click the Order Inquiry link from the Main Menu.
This screen also has allows for some process to be performed. These processes include but are not limited to:
- Applying payments
- Invoicing orders
- Copying orders
- Running order reports
- Creating purchase orders for orders
In addition, the Order Inquiry screen can provide you the following information:
- Viewing event revenue
- By sorting and grouping by event and order type, you can view all orders associated with the event and view the amount of revenue generated by each order type.
- Viewing account revenue
- By sorting and grouping by account and order type, you can view all the business that is being done with each account.
- By sorting and grouping by account and order type, you can view the amount of revenue generated by each order type.

Hi Bee,
In v20, there are order tabs available throughout the system but they may need to be added to your layout. Check the screen you are on to see if there is one available to you on the Edit Layout screen.
Are you attempting to copy a Service Order? If so, here are steps on how to do it from the Events screen:

You can also go to the Service Orders screen from the Global Navigation Bar, locate the service order and copy it from there (right-click, Tools -> Copy).
Thanks,
Maggie

Hi Maggie
Thanks - looks like Mike Patterson asked the same question on the Copying a Service Order feed and its something that you are submitting to the development team for consideration. I did look at the column options for the order tab but the options listed were not like that of the order tab in v19.
Thanks Bee
