Momentus follows PCI guidelines for our Momentus Cloud password policy:
- Passwords must be at least seven (7) characters long.
- Passwords must meet at least three of the four following criteria:
- Contain at least one (1) lowercase letter.
- Contain at least one (1) uppercase letter.
- Contain at least one (1) number.
- Contain at least one (1) symbol.
- Passwords cannot contain any part of your name or your Logon ID.
- Passwords must be different than the last 10 passwords used.
- Password resets are required every 90 days.
- 3 incorrect login attempts locks out the account for 30 minutes.
- Accounts inactive for over 90 days are automatically disabled.

Hello Team,
With regards "3 incorrect login attempts locks out the account for 30 minutes". Would be helpful if this info would come up with a pop-up message for the enduser in V30, so they are not trying desperat to logon after 3 incorrect times.
What are your thoughts about it?

Should our AD users receive a message that their password has expired and they need to change it? Currently our AD users receive the following message: Unable to login. Passwords are case sensitive. Please check your user id and password or see your System Administrator. This is confusing for staff as it appears to be an issue rather than just a password expiration. It also creates a lot of work for system administrators.

We are currently enhancing password configurability and messaging in the current software.
