You can send emails from Momentus Enterprise to your account and event contacts. You can also create templates to save you time and effort. For step-by-step instructions to send, reply to, forward and resend an email, see Send Emails.
Emails sent from Enterprise are logged, allowing staff to see the email communication related to each account and contact. These emails can be viewed, printed and deleted. It is also possible to import emails which have been sent from other applications. This allows your organization to store all account email communication within one system.

Email Logs
Email logs capture the emails which are sent from Enterprise. An email log will contain details of the sender, recipient, time and date it was sent, and the subject. The log will also indicate if the email has been successfully sent or not.
During an upgrade/update process, any email logs older than 60 days will be purged. This will only remove the log, and the original email will remain attached to the record it was sent from.
Email logs are for information purposes only, and cannot be edited or deleted manually.
To view email logs, navigate to the Email Logs page. Enter any search criteria and click Search. In addition to viewing the logs, you can click export a list to Excel or PDF. Click Tools and select your export file type.
View Emails
To view an email:
- Navigate to the account, contact, or event for the email and select the Documents tab.
- Select the email to view.
- Right-click and select View > View Email. The View Email window opens.
- Click Close when done. The View Email window closes.
Print Emails
To print an email from Enterprise:
- Locate the email in the applicable Documents tab.
- Select the email to print.
- Right-click and select View > View Email. The View Email window opens.
- Click Print at the top of the Email window. The PDF Viewer opens with the email.
- Click Print.
Delete Emails
Emails can be deleted from Enterprise. Once you delete an email, you cannot recover it. To delete an email:
- Locate the email in the applicable Documents tab.
- Select the email to delete.
- Right-click and select Mark for Delete.
- Click Save. The email is deleted.
Import Emails
You can import emails into Enterprise using the Outlook Add-In. The Outlook Add-In requires a separate installation. Once the Outlook Add-In is installed, you can import emails into the Documents tab in the following areas:
- Accounts
- Opportunities
- Campaign
- Event Opportunities
- Events
- Requisitions
- Vouchers
- Event Suite
- Contracts
- Orders
- Exhibitors
- Jobs
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
To import an email using the Outlook Add-In:
- Select the email(s) to import from within Outlook. Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple emails.
- Right-click and select the folder you want to import the email into. A selection window displays.
- Select the record you want to import the email into (the account, event, invoice, etc.).
- Click OK. A success message displays for each imported email.
