By default, the software sends an activity notification to the salesperson(s) assigned to events with conflicting bookings at a status below the original booking when a booking on an event is deleted, changed or released. You can disable these notifications if desired. To disable these notifications:
- Click the Booking Configuration link from the Main Menu. The Booking Configuration screen opens.
- Select the Other tab.
- Expand the Booking Notifications section.
- Check the check box for Disable E-Mail Notifications for Released Bookings.
- Check the check box for Disable E-Mail Notifications for Deleted Bookings.
- Click OK.
