You can assign presenters to functions to designate who the speaker is for the function. Generally, you assign presenters when using functions to represent sessions taking place. To assign a presenter to a function:
- Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events screen opens.
- Select the event with the function(s) to assign to the presenter.
- Right-click and select View -> Event Planning -> Event Functions. The Event Functions screen opens.
- Select the function to assign to the presenter.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Event Function screen opens.
- Select the Presenters tab. You may need to add the tab to your screen layout if it is not available.
- Click the Add button. The Add Presenter screen opens.
- Select the presenter to add to the function in the Presenter drop-down. Speaker accounts are available for selection in the drop-down. If an account is not available for selection, verify it is assigned to the Speaker designation.
- Click OK.
