Risk Assessments
With this update you can now create tailored risk assessments for specific events, departments, or venues. When creating a risk assessment for an event (or department or venue), you will copy the applicable master risks and update them as needed for this specific context. This gives you a holistic view of the event's associated risks and actionable controls and measures.
- The risk assessment list allows you to view a list of all risk assessments as well as add a new risk assessment.
- The risk assessment details page displays critical information including actionable controls and measures, approvers, owners and due dates, ensuring nothing escapes your radar. Click a risk assessment in the list to view its details.
- If you have repeating or similar events, duplicate past risk assessments and update as needed rather than creating them each time.
- Export a polished PDF report from the risk assessment, or use the new Risk Assessment Report type to report on and analyze your data, allowing you to make data-driven decisions, decode risk patterns, and optimize strategies.
- On the risk details page, all risk assessments that the risk is included in will be listed in the new Risk Assessments tab.

Synergizing Risks and Incidents
If an incident category is always related to a certain risk, you can now link it to the incident category. In Settings, edit the incident category and click Add Risk. The associated risk will be listed in the Associated Incidents tab on the incident. This will forge stronger connections between risks and incidents, empowering you to anticipate and mitigate with precision.
Risk Strategies
You are now able to customize your list of Risk Strategies. Click Add to create a new risk strategy, or select an existing one to edit it.
Control Module
Public Incident Reporting
Patrons can now submit reports via text to designated numbers. Your team can validate reports quickly as well as seamlessly link the reports to existing incidents or tasks. Patrons will receive personalized text communication, allowing your team to clarify requests and ensure every incident is addressed promptly.

Sustainability Module
Carbon Emissions Calculations
WeTrack has partnered with a Climatiq API to showcase carbon calculations within the Sustainability module. This partnership will give customers the capability to set up and manage the progress of indicators which contribute to their overall sustainability KPI's.
- Track carbon emissions alongside other key performance indicators, painting a holistic picture of your organization's impact across different KPI metrics.
- Customize your sustainability metrics using the new indicator setup modal, tailoring your carbon footprint tracking to suit your unique goals.
- Gain insights into your environmental efforts with carbon footprint breakdowns per initiative and updates.
To implement carbon emissions calculations:
- Set your region and select a Climatiq source in Settings > Sustainability > Climatiq Settings.
- Create a new indicator, selecting the new Track Carbon Emissions option.
- Existing indicators cannot be edited to track carbon emissions at this time.
