Momentus Enterprise allows you to bulk update the Account Rep on multiple accounts. This is especially useful if you have turnover in your building and you need to reassign an employee's accounts.
To update the account rep on multiple accounts:
- Navigate to the Accounts page.
- Select the accounts you wish to update. Use CTRL+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple items.
- Right-click and select Tools > Change Account Rep. The Change Account Rep window opens.
- In the window add the necessary information:
- From - This field defaults to *ALL. This will change the account rep on all accounts you have selected. You can also search for and select a specific account rep to change from.
- To - Search for and select the new account rep.
- Change Reps On - Select the features where you would like to update the account rep.
- Accounts: Check Accounts and Rep 1.
- Click OK.
- Depending on the number of accounts you selected, the updates could take a short time. Once all updates are complete, a Changes Saved modal will appear and will confirm how many records were changed as well as the features which you selected on Change Reps On.
