Momentus Enterprise allows you to bulk update the Account Rep field on multiple accounts. This is useful if you have employee turnover and you need to reassign an Account Rep's accounts.
To update the Account Rep on multiple accounts:
- Navigate to the Accounts page.
- Select the accounts you wish to update. Use CTRL+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple items.
- Right-click and select Tools > Change Account Rep. The Change Account Rep window opens.
- Add the necessary information:
- From: This field defaults to *ALL. This will change the account rep on all accounts you have selected. You can also search for and select a specific account rep to change from.
- To: Search for and select the new account rep.
- Change Reps On: Select the features where you would like to update the account rep.
- Accounts: It is recommended to select Accounts and Rep 1.
- Click OK. Depending on the number of accounts selected, the updates can take some time to process. Once all updates are complete, a Changes Saved message will appear. The message will confirm how many records were changed, as well as which features were selected in the Change Reps On field.
