Project Filters in Project Details Gantt View
Located in the Gantt view in a project, you'll find a new feature allowing you to filter tasks by various attributes. This allows you to pinpoint specific tasks on the Gantt Timeline.
Quick filters include:
- Task Owner
- Task Tag
There are further filtering options available in the panel to the right.
Sustainability Module
Ability to download indicator page as PDF
Using the three dot options to the right of the Indicator Details page, you're now able to export details regarding the indicator to share both internally and externally.
System Wide & Settings
Bulk Archiving
With this update, admin users can now multi select items within a list view and bulk archive them. Click Select at the top of the list view and then choose which items you'd like to archive, or select them all. By clicking Archive to the right of the list view, these items will be removed.
The ability to bulk archive will be visible in the following list pages:
- Projects
- Tasks
- Risks
- Actions
- Incidents
- Logs
Power BI Incidents Feed
Using the Power BI extract, you are now able to filter the feed that is passed to your external dashboards and other data sources by venues set up in WeTrack. For more information on how to set up a Power BI feed, please see How to integrate WeTrack with Power BI.
Control Module Hub
We have now added Control attributes to the Hub! For those managing multiple entities (Venue Groups, Event Organizers with multiple events), this means some exciting changes.
Incident WorkTable
- Within this view, you are able to see an aerial view of incidents being raised and managed for your individual sites through the Incident Work Table.
- You can filter by different options: Sites, Categories, and Severities amongst others. These options are perfect for drilling down on different types of incidents that have been raised.
Control Module Settings at Hub Level
Within the Control Settings you are able to defined standard practices and propagate these to the different entities you are managing. This is great for being able to instill company practises and consistent terminology. These settings include:

- Confidentiality Types: Predetermine the different levels of confidentiality and what their naming conventions will be by clicking Edit on the default name.
- Severity Scale Guide: Customize the definitions of each incident severity by clicking Edit.
- Incident Category & Response Plans: Create and manage incident categories and their respective checklists, ensuring consistency across your WeTrack Sites.
Once you're ready to share these updates with the different sites you manage, click Apply Settings to All (as shown within this screenshot).
Resolved Issues
Reports:
- 'Area' has now been reinstated as an column option in the reporting functionality.
- Department Summary will now appear as a report type.
- The CSV version of the risk report will now use the localized terms for both residual risk.
- Users can now filter by Projects in the History report.
User Permissions
- User Groups who have been made owners of incidents will now receive consistent notifications.
- Through the User Profile page, users are now able to add that individual to a user group.
Planning Module
- Within the Projects List, users are now able to see the number of tasks within.
- Within the MyTrack Page users will now see their associated sub tasks.
Mobile App
- Notifications coming from the App will not contain HTML code.
