This article contains information for On-Premise accounts. If your account is
hosted in the cloud, this article is not applicable.
In each version of V20, there is a file that contains all setting information from UngerboeckWebConfiguration.exe. If your organization’s v20 settings stay the same, you can copy this file from the old v20 installation into the new v20 installation and avoid having to reconfigure v20.
- Within the new v20 files, locate the USIApp.config file.
- Rename the file but keep it within the Enterprise folder.
- Navigate to the old Enterprise installation folder.
- Locate the USIApp.config file.
- Right-click on the file and select Copy.
- Navigate to the new v20 files.
- Right-click and select Paste.
- Within the new v20 folder, right-click on UngerboeckWebConfiguration.exe.
- Select Run as administrator.
- Verify all settings display in the correct fields. Make a change anywhere on the screen to activate the Apply button.
- Click Apply.
- Revert the change made in step 10.
- Click OK.

Package Ungerboeck_2090EX11.zip did not contain any USIApp.config!

Thanks for the heads up! In your case, you can skip that step. Simply copy the USIAPP.config file from your old install and paste it into the new file set. We will review the process on our side and modify the article as needed.
