As you work in the knowledge base, there may be a field, section, or tab listed which you do not see in your Momentus Enterprise application. There could be several reasons for this:
- The field, section, or tab could be in a different place. The Enterprise layout can be highly customized, so a field may be visible but it could be in a different tab or section or at the top of the page. You can use Ctrl+Q to search for and jump to an element on the page you are viewing.
- The field, section, or tab may not have been added to the layout for your theme. In customizing the theme, your admin may have removed items, or the feature may be a new one that hasn't been implemented by your team yet.
- If you were sure that you saw the field, section, or tab another time, check and see if you have access to more than one theme. The field may have been added to one of them.
- There may be an action restriction or other permission issue preventing you from seeing the fields. For more information about action restrictions, see Action Restrictions.
The answer in all these situations is to talk to the Enterprise administrator at your organization. They'll be able to troubleshoot, and if they need assistance they can contact our support team.

The easiest thing you can do straight up is use Ctrl+Q and search for the element. If you are a keyboard jockey, this is a very fast way to jump to an action/field/section even if you do know where it is. If you cannot find it with Ctrl+Q, then for sure, consult your Admin.
