By default, address information on the Add/Edit Account and Add/Edit Contact screens displays as an address block. You can change the display to use address lines instead of an address block. If you use address lines, the address block field becomes read-only.

To use address lines:
- Click the Accounts link from the Main Menu for the designation you want to use address lines. The Accounts page opens.
- Select an account.
- Click the Edit Layout link in the lower right corner of the screen. If the Edit Layout link is not available, you may not have access to edit a screen layout. Contact your system administrator to request access. The Edit Layout window opens.
- Search for Address in the Available Fields section.
- Move the address lines to show on the screen to the desired location on the right side of the Layout Sections section.
- Click OK.
