Session Proposal Event Managers can assign evaluators to proposals and give final approval or rejection to evaluated proposals. You need to assign the available managers for each event. You can also assign which proposals the manager can manage based on topics and presentation types.
To assign proposal managers to an event:
- Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events page opens.
- Right-click on the event that needs session proposal managers assigned.
- Select Tools -> Session Proposal Management -> Add Managers. The Session Proposal Event Managers window opens.
- Click the Add Manager button. The Add Session Proposal Manager window opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Account - Session proposal manager. Searches across all active Speaker contacts.
- Session Proposal Topics - The manager can manage proposals for only the selected topic(s). If there are no topic(s) assigned, the manager can manage all proposals.
- Presentation Types - The manager can manage proposals for only the selected presentation type(s). If there are no presentation type(s) assigned, the manager can manage all proposals.
- Account - Session proposal manager. Searches across all active Speaker contacts.
- Click OK.
