Here are the following section types that can be placed on any Exhibitor Form in the Exhibitor Portal task:
- Account Details: capture account information
- Account Custom Fields: capture custom account information with account udfs
- Contact Details: capture this contact’s contact information (not other company contacts)
- Order Items: setup the order items that will be available for ordering
- Exhibitor Details: setup the exhibitor fields that you want to capture
- Exhibitor Custom Fields: setup the exhibitor custom fields (UDFs) that you want to capture
- Exhibitor Form Note: capture a note from the exhibitor, which will be stored on the exhibitor v20/v30 > Notes
- Exhibitor File Upload: capture a file from the exhibitor, which will be stored on the exhibitor v20/v30 > Documents
- Exhibitor Products & Services: capture product and service selections from the exhibitor, which will be stored on the exhibitor v20/v30 > Products and services
- Document Download: allow exhibitors to download documents from the event
- Exhibitor Document Download: new in .92, allow exhibitors to download documents off of v20/v30>exhibitor> documents…this section will only display if the exhibitor has a matching document attached to their record in back office and they meet the display criteria (category, status, type)
- Instructional Text (formerly known as Custom HTML): add in additional rich text into the forms to give more instructions, or add in custom HTML gadgets (pictures, videos, animations, formatted text, etc.)
- Read-Only Text: DO NOT USE, use Instructional Text now: add in additional plain text into the forms to give more instructions
- Exhibitor Category Selection: New in .92, allow exhibitors to answer a question in the Exhibitor Portal and give themselves a category. You can then use this to display new tabs, sections or tasks by limiting them based on category.
- Merge Template: this lets you display any data in the Ungerboeck database from any event by using a merge template. This will require knowledge of SQL or a ticket to tech services.
- Booth Proposal: New in .93, ability to add custom proposals for each exhibitor. This lets you ask an exhibitor directly if they want a booth and have them accept one booth or reject all booths. This also creates an activity for their salesperson, providing what they accepted or rejected, along with their comments.
- Summary: setup the summary display. You can setup the ability for exhibitors to change their bill-to and ship-to account and contact information for that order, if adding or editing an order.
- Confirmation: setup the confirmation page and confirmation emails, using our out of the box layout, or use an email template. You can also setup who also gets copied on the confirmation email.
Hint: Use the section or task options to conditionally display the correct sections to the correct exhibitor types/statuses/categories, or date.
