You can use the Exhibitor Portal and the Exhibition Floor Plan to process onsite booth renewals.
The Exhibition Floor Plan makes it easy to process renewal applications for exhibitors. Since the Exhibition Floor Plan works on an iPad Pro, Microsoft Surface or any typical laptop, you can walk around the show floor and renew exhibitors for the next show right there in their booth, meeting room or anywhere you have an internet connection.
An example process you could use:
- Set up a schedule to meet with exhibitors at this year's show.
- Search for the exhibitor and open the exhibitor's record from the Exhibitor List in the Floor Plan.
- Work with the exhibitor on next year's booth size and location, review the current floor plan and availability, and place the exhibitor in the agreed upon booth assignment.
- The software automatically creates the booth order and automatically charges for the selected booth.
- Enter any other information you may need on the Edit Exhibitor screen while talking with the exhibitor.
- Send an invoice and booth confirmation email.
- Move on to your next exhibitor.
You can use the Exhibitor Portal to standardize what your exhibitors see and allow them to choose their booths themselves with your Sales team standing right there helping them through the process. The Exhibitor Portal makes it easier to collect information and payment that the Exhibitor Floor Plan process outlined above. There is an Admin Mode available for Exhibitor Portal that allows your Sales team to log in and cycle through multiple exhibitors.
