On the Accounts and Contacts windows of the software you may filter results based on Preference Setting responses, using the search fields Consent Given, Consent Not Given, Consent Not Answered.
Note: Preference Types are available in v20.93 Service Release C and up.
To access, add these fields to your layout by following the steps outlined in the article Adding/Editing Fields on a Layout.
- Consent Given – Lists all active preference types and will return all records that have answered yes to the selected preference types. The individual must have answered yes to all selected preference types.
- Consent Not Given – Lists all active preference types and will return all records that have answered no to the selected preference types. The individual must have answered no to all selected preference types.
- Consent Not Answered – Lists all active preference types and will return all records that have not responded to the selected preference types (no preference type record is attached to account/contact). The individual must have not responded to all selected preference types.
On Account and Contact windows, use these filters to search over and return results for the preference setting of your choice.
