You can edit exhibitors from many different places in the software. You can edit an exhibitor from the:
- Dashboard - If you create an Events gadget on your dashboard, you can access the Exhibitors screen directly from the event. You can then edit any exhibitor in the list. You can also create an Exhibitor Grid gadget for any event or combination of events. This is particularly useful if you have new applications coming in from the Exhibitor Portal. You can have a gadget showing all of these new applications the moment you log in!
- Exhibition Floor Plan - From the Exhibitor List that is docked inside the left navigation bar of the Floor Plan or the right-click menu on a reserved booth.
- Service order - From the peek on the Exhibitor field.
- Accounts screen - Select the Exhibitors tab. This is a good way to see all of the shows that a company has attended.
- Edit Event screen - Select the Exhibitors tab.
- Exhibitors button on the Global Navigation Bar - This shows all exhibitors for all events in one list.
The Edit Exhibitor screen is a mini-dashboard for a specific company, event or booth sale. The Edit Exhibitor screen contains all the event data for any company account. All service orders, assignments, user defined fields, documents and work orders for an event are stored in this one location. Any time you need to something for a specific company or contact, you should go to the Edit Exhibitor screen first.
You can make this even more powerful by creating a gadget on your dashboard that displays the Exhibitors screen. You can then access the Edit Exhibitor screen directly from your dashboard whenever you need to view or update specific company or contact information.
