Companies that exhibit or may potentially exhibit at your event are Exhibitors. Exhibitor records are extensions of your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records for a specific event. The Exhibitor record allow you to store all the information about a company for a specific event and booth.
Add a Single Exhibitor
You can add an exhibitor from several different areas in Enterprise. To add a single exhibitor:
- From the Accounts screen, right-click and select Add -> Events -> Add Exhibitor.
- Click the arrow next to the Exhibitors button on the Global Navigation Bar and select Add Exhibitor.
- From the Event screen or Edit Event screen, select the Exhibitors tab and click the Add button.
- If you have an event gadget configured on your dashboard, right-click and select Add -> Add Exhibitor.
On the Add Exhibitor screen, the following fields and tabs are available:
- Event - Event for the exhibitor.
- Company Account - Company for the exhibitor.
- Main Contact - Contact for the exhibitor.
- Booth Assignment - Booth assigned to the exhibitor.
- Salesperson - Salesperson responsible for the exhibitor.
- Exhibitor Status - Status for the exhibitor.
- Exhibitor Categories - Categories for the exhibitor.
- Sales Tab
- Sales Stage - Where the exhibitor is in your sales process.
- Expected Revenue Amount - Revenue amount you expect when the sales is closed.
- Expected Area - Booth area you expect to sell to the exhibitor.
- Win Probability - Estimated percentage between 0 and 100 that represents how confident the salesperson is about the the sale closing.
- Expected Close - Date when the salesperson expects to the close the sale.
- Lead Source - Source where the lead originated.
- Comments - Additional information about the exhibitor.
- Advanced Tab
- Exhibitor Type - Determines if the exhibitor is a Main Exhibitor or Co-Exhibitor.
- Points - Exhibitor points earned for the event.
- Booth Preferences Tab - Booth preferences the exhibitor chose in the Exhibitor Portal.
- Booth Proposals Tab - Potential booths proposed to the exhibitor.
- Products and Services Tab - Products and/or services the exhibitor is exhibiting.
- Catalog Tab - Information that is included in the catalog for the exhibitor.
- Exhibitor History Tab - Booth orders from previous events.
- Exhibitor Portal Tasks Tab - View the Exhibitor Portal tasks for the exhibitor.
- Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Tab - Contractors the exhibitor is using for a certain service.
