You can change the default Forgot Password phrase to include your name and/or email address. This phrase is only used if the Sent From Email field in the Momentus Web Configuration Utility is left blank.
To change the Forgot Password phrase, follow the below steps:
- Click the Dictionaries link from the Main Menu. The Dictionaries page opens.
- Right-click on the dictionary you use for registration setup. See the Dictionary for Online Registration article for information on how to identify your registration setup dictionary.
- Select Find and Replace v30 Phrases. The Find and Replace v30 Phrases window opens.
- Type “local system administrator” into the Phrase to Find field.
- Click the Search button.
- Select the correct default phrase (If you require additional assistance with resetting your password, please contact your local System Administrator.)
- Click in the User Phrase field to edit the phrase.
- Click OK
NOTES:
- Use the Phrase Status field to view only the phrases that have been changed/unchanged.
