Session Proposals is used to collect, evaluate and manage speaker proposals for events. You can also assign session proposals to functions to create your event agenda. See below for an overview of the Session Proposals process.
Step 1: Configure the Session Proposal Submission, Evaluation and Manager Websites
From the event you created in the software, you can configure the proposal submission, evaluation and manager websites. Among other things, you can control your proposal submission date ranges, which proposals evaluators can evaluate and which proposals managers can manage. See the below articles for more information:

Step 2: Share Proposal Submission Link with Potential Speakers
Once your proposal submission website is configured, you can share a link with your potential speakers so they can submit their proposals. To share the link, copy the Submitter link from the Submission Form and paste it into an email, an email campaign using a third-party email marketing tool or on your website.
Once the proposals start coming in, you can view the proposals on the Submissions tab and the contributors on the Session Contributors tab for the event.
Step 3: Assign Proposals to Evaluators
After the proposal submission period is over, the manager(s) can assign the proposals to the evaluators for the event. The manager(s), which are also set up on the event, log into the Managers website for Session Proposals and assign the proposals to the proper Evaluators. See the Evaluator and Manager Configuration and Assign Proposals to Managers article for more information on configuring the Manager website and assigning proposals to managers.
Step 4: Evaluate Proposals
The next step is for evaluators to login to Evaluator website to score the proposals based on a pre-defined criteria you created. They are also able to provide free-form remarks. See the Evaluator and Manager Configuration article for more information on configuring the Evaluator website.
Step 5: Approve or Reject Proposals
Once an evaluator has evaluated the proposal(s), the manager approves or rejects the proposal based on the evaluation(s). The Manager uses the Manager website to change the status of the evaluated proposal(s).
Step 6: Assign Proposals to a Function
Once you have the list of approved proposals, you can assign them to functions and start creating your event's agenda. This is done for the event using the internal software application available to licensed users.
After assigning the proposals to functions, you can send emails to the presenters with their assigned time slot. If you require your proposal contributors to register for the event, you can add registration orders or send emails with your registration link.
