Exhibitor Portal Login Troubleshooting – Momentus Support Center

If an exhibitor cannot log into Exhibitor Portal, verify the following for the person attempting to log in:

Has the Internet Logon check box checked the Edit Contact screen
Has the Event Sales account status set to Active on the Edit Contact screens
Is linked to the correct organization account
Has his/her organization account Event Sales account status set to active
Using the email address assigned to him/her in the software
Verify the 'Prevent exhibitors from accessing Exhibitor Portal' check box is NOT checked on the Edit Exhibitor screen.
The device he/she is using. The preferred device is a PC using Chrome as the browser. If using a Mac or a mobile device on Safari, have him/her disable Private mode.

You also need to verify the Prevent exhibitors from accessing Exhibitor Portal check box is NOT checked on the Edit Exhibitor screen.
