The Resource Requirements screen displays all the class 2 (equipment) and class 3 (consumable) resources that are not completed for a specific time period. Class 3 resources display only on the day the resource lead day starts. Class 2 resources display for each day they are required.
You can use this screen to see what is being used for a particular event or over a range of dates or for forecasting so you never run out of an item because you don’t have enough on premise for your events!
- Click the Resource Requirements link from the Main Menu. You can also access Resource Requirements from the Tools menu on the Booking Calendar and Booking Agenda screens. The Resource Requirements screen opens.
- Enter information into the available filters to locate the resources. Some of the available filters:
- Show Only Inventory Items - If checked, only inventory items display.
- Show Items with Inventory Deficiencies Only - If checked, only items with negative inventory balances display.
- Show Nonstock Items - If checked, only items marked as non-stock display.
- Include Pending Purchases - If checked, results include resources at a Pending Purchase status.
- Click Search to return the resources matching the search criteria.

Hi
Why would items potentially not show on this screen, I have the same item on 1 event and its displaying in resource requirements but not displaying on this for another event.

What screen are your referring? Resource requirements? What version are you on? Are both items are on the same price list?

Its adding the resource requirements as a dashboard view to 20.96 E and yes both items on the same price list.
