Does anyone else have issues with the time it takes to retrieve data using EBMS spreadsheets? We have one report taking 12 minutes to populate with data. We have checked the file size (which is very small), tried on a high spec computer, none of which have made a difference. Any recommendations on how to expedite this process?

Hi Gavin,
I would recommend you reach out to our performance team to see if there is an issue with your database. They would also need to know the version of the excel reporting add-in you currently have.
Thanks,
Ryan
