You use Registrant Profile Fields during online registration to gather information about a registrant's/participant's medications, medical conditions, behavioral conditions, etc. After the registrant/participant has submitted his/her online registration, you can view this information in the software.
To view an individual's General Profile, Registrant Contact, Allergy, Behavioral Condition, Medical Condition or Medication information:
- Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events screen opens.
- Select the event with the registrant information.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Events screen opens.
- Select the Order Registrants tab.
- Select the registrant for the information you want to view.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Registrant Details screen opens.
- Select the appropriate tab for the information you want to view.
To view the information for multiple registrants at one time:
- General Registrant Profile Information - From the Order Registrants tab, show the columns for the fields you want to view.
- Registrant Profile Contacts - Click the Registrant Profile Contacts link from the Main Menu. Displays registrant profile contacts for all registrants across all events. Search and filter the screen as needed. Because there could be multiple registrant contacts per registrant with different relationship types, you cannot see this information on the Order Registrants tab.
- Allergy Information - Click the Registrant Allergies link from the Main Menu. Displays allergies for all registrants across events. Search and filter the screen as needed. You can also view the information on the Order Registrants tab on the event using the Allergies column.
- Behavioral Conditions Information - Click the Registrant Behavioral Conditions link from the Main Menu. Displays behavioral conditions for all registrants across events. Search and filter the screen as needed. You can also view the information on the Order Registrants tab on the event using the Behavioral Conditions column.
- Medical Conditions Information - Click the Registrant Medical Conditions link from the Main Menu. Displays medical conditions for all registrants across events. Search and filter the screen as needed. You can also view the information on the Order Registrants tab on the event using the Medical Conditions column.
- Medication Information - Click the Registrant Medications link from the Main Menu.
- Displays medications for all registrants across events.
- Search and filter the screen as needed.

Is it intentional that the Health Information (e.g. Dietary Preference) is just saved with the Event Registrant and not the Registrant Account?
So a Registrant would have to enter their Diet for each Registration? This seems a bit tedious for returning attendees.

This is correct behavior. The design behind it was to tie to the registrant because the questions could be different per event and you'd need to collect specific information, that may or may not change, for each event.
