See below for instructions on accessing Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows or a Mac.
Windows
Access to Citrix from the Momentus Cloud was disabled effective October 1, 2020. Organizations that need continued access to Crystal Reports or other Momentus applications through Citrix must use Remote Desktop.
Remote Desktop is only supported for Windows 10. If you or other users at your organization are using Windows 7, please contact your organization's IT team to upgrade your operating system before contacting Support Services.
To set up access through Remote Desktop:
- Enter a ticket with your regional Momentus Support Services team. A support representative provides access confirmation.
- Use the URL provided in your confirmation to access your regional Remote Desktop Portal.
- US/Canada - https://cloud1.ungerboeck.net
- EMEA - https://cloud2.ungerboeck.net
- Sydney - https://cloud3.ungerboeck.net
- Singapore - https://cloud4.ungerboeck.net
- Enter your Momentus user name (ex: flastname123) and password.
- Click Sign in. Your new desktop opens. This desktop is very similar to the Citrix portal.
- Click the application you want to launch. The Remote App screen opens.
- Click Connect.
- If prompted to re-enter your credentials, enter the Cloud Domain\Logon ID and Momentus password. Cloud domains vary by hosted region:
- US/Canada - usi-vavpc
- EMEA - usi-euvpc
- Sydney - usi-syvpc
- Singapore - usi-sgvpc
Example:
Login ID for US Customers: usi-vavpc\FLastname123
Password: User's Momentus Password
- Click OK.
If you are accessing v20, you may need to re-enter your credentials (FLASTNAME123) on the v20 login screen. Access to Crystal Reports do not require you to re-enter credentials.
v30 is not available as a Remote Desktop application. You must access it through Chrome or Edge.
Mac
To access Momentus via Microsoft Remote Desktop:
- Enter a ticket with your regional Momentus Support Services. A support representative provides access confirmation.
- Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-remote-desktop-10/id1295203466?mt=12
- Login to your regional RDP website (cloud1.ungerboeck.net, cloud2.ungerboeck.net, cloud3.ungerboeck.net).
- Click the shortcut for your v20 environment. You receive a prompt with a .rdp file download.
- Save the file.
- Open Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- Go to Connections in the Menu.
- Choose Import from RDP file.
- Navigate to where you saved the .rdp file.
- Click Import. Your connection is added to Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- Double click on the imported connection.
- Enter your credentials. Internet Explorer launches to your v20 Momentus site.
Alternatively, your IT Department can install Virtual Machine software, such as Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion, and install Windows on your Mac to use Internet Explorer to access v20. A valid Windows license is needed for this method.

Is there a particular address that needs to be unblocked to allow access? I get the following error "Your computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway server. Contact your network administrator for assistance" I know from a previous instance that port 8xx needed to opened. Thanks.
