Assign Session Proposal Submissions to Functions

To assign session proposal submissions to a function(s):

1. Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events page opens.
2. Select the event for the proposals.
3. Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Event window opens.
4. Select the Submissions tab.
5. Select the submission(s) to assign to a function. Select multiple submissions using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click.
6. Right click and select Assign Sessions. The Assign Sessions window opens.
7. To overwrite the function description with custom text, enter the new function description into the Function Description field. If left blank, the function description updates to the submission title.
8. Select the function(s) to assign the submission to from the drop-down.
9. Click OK.
