If the To field does not default with the expected email address when emailing a report, the report is likely configured as an internal report. Internal reports do not default email addresses into the To field.
You can see if a report is internal or external by showing the Scope column on the report list. You cannot change the report scope on standard reports.

Can i ask why this started happening without any warning? Or have I missed something?

Hi Maryann,
I talked with our Product Management Team and they said they had made some changes to how email addresses default in from various areas (for example, using the event contact but if there is none, use the event account, etc.).
They made this change to both external and internal reports as it would be unusual to want to default an internal report to an external email address.

When we use the edit invoice screen and choose Tool's, Send Email the Finance Email which is populated via the 'Communications' tab of the account doesn't populate, is there a way of making this populate as well as the other entries?
Or is there an option or setting in USI where we can manage what emails we choose when using the Tools, Send Email option?
