You use Event Portal categories to organize documents and tasks into groups (for example, Catering, Beverage, etc.). You can also configure your Event Portal with a Category filter so your online users can filter documents and tasks based on category.
You assign Event Portal categories to tasks from the Task screen or by using the EP Category drop-down on the Details tab of the Add Document screen.
