Copy Cells

Much like Excel, you can copy and paste values from a single cell into a range of cells in the Bookings and Functions grid.

Like Excel, you can copy two or more cells from the same column and paste to the same number of cells in the same column. When pasting, you do not have to select the exact range of cells, you can select the first cell of the destination range. If you copy three cells, pasting onto one cell also updates the two cells below it.

To copy and paste a cell:

1. Go to the Functions or Bookings screen.
2. Show the column you want to copy values within. For example, End Date.
3. Select the cell with the value you want to copy.
4. Right-click and select Edit -> Copy Cell(s).
5. Select the range of cells in the same column to update with the copied value.
6. Right-click and select Paste Cell(s). The cells update with the pasted value and the row indicates it is modified.
7. Click Save.
