Google Analytics are used to measure and track metrics for your Exhibitor Service Centre, Event Portal, Show Map and Suite Management public-facing applications. Multiple Google Analytic configurations can be added to align with the number of public-facing application configurations your organization would like to track.
If you have another Public-facing Application you would like to track with Google Analytics, please contact your primary Momentus contact with your custom requirements.

Hi
Looks like this option is only available on the UBS menu for Event Portal, ESC and Suite Management - but not other Public Facing applications. We use registrations, payment portals etc and have tried to add it direct in the web skin but Ungerboeck seems to reject this.
Can you let me know how I can access this option for Registrations?
Cheers

Hi Jerry,
You will need to work with our Solutions team in order to integrate Google Analytics with Registration.
Thanks,

Thanks Mike
So does that mean the menu option is not available unless we work the solutions team?

Hi Jerry,
No, the menu option is only used for other public-facing applications. Registration is built on an older technology and so it cannot integrate with Google Analytics like the other apps can. In order to use it with Registration, you have to import a custom web skin HTML file with the Analytics code already in it. We do plan on changing Registration to work with the Google Analytics Configuration once we rewrite Registration using the newer technologies but we do not have an ETA on when that will happen.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
I'll raise an issue with Support as we've applied a custom webskin for registration using the standard Google Tag Manager code which fails. Also tried with just the Google Analytics tags with the same result - returning "Refused to load the script".
Cheers
