You use the Content Builder to configure the pages and sections in your account management configuration web pages. You can configure two different content builder layouts:
- Sign Up - Template with the fields new public-facing users need to complete to sign up and create an account in public-facing applications. Unique email addresses are required for sign up.
- Profile - Allows public-facing users with existing accounts to view and edit their account information.
Sign Up Content Builder Layout
- Click the Account Management Configurations link from the Main Menu. The Account Management Configurations screen opens.
- Select the account management configuration you want to configure the content builder layout.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Account Management Configuration screen opens.
- Select the Additional Information tab.
- Click the Add Layout link next to the Sign Up Content Builder Layout label. The Content Builder screen opens. The available components display on the right side of the screen: ACM User Information, ACM Company Information, ACM Security, ACM Preferences and ACM Food Allergies.
- Drag and drop the desired component for the page from the Components section of the screen to the Page section of the screen. The Content Builder Layout Required Fields screen opens. This screen only opens once. You skip to step 9 if you have already entered this.
- Enter the name for the content builder layout into the Name field.
- Click OK. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter a name for the component into the Name field.
- Click the Configure button to configure additional settings. See ACM User Information, ACM Company Information, ACM Security, ACM Preferences and ACM Food Allergies for additional details.
- Click OK on the Component Settings screen. You return to the Content Builder.
- Repeat steps 6 - 11 to add additional components to the page or click + Add New Page under the Pages section to add an additional web page.
- Click OK on the Content Builder screen when your page configuration is complete.
ACM User Information Component
You use the ACM User Information Component to configure the fields public-facing users complete about themselves. For example, first name, last name, address, title and gender. To configure the ACM User Information Component:
- From the Content Builder screen, select the ACM User Information component.
- Drag and drop the component into the desired location of the Page section. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter the name of the component into the Name field. For internal use only.
- Click the Configure button. The Add ACM Component Configuration screen opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Description - Internal name for the component.
- Heading - Text that displays as a header on the online page.
- Summary - Text that displays under the header on the online page.
- Click the Select button next to the Select Account Fields label to select the fields for the public-facing users to complete. The Select Content Configuration Fields screen opens.
- Move the fields you want available from the Available section to the Selected section. To move fields you can:
- Use the plus (+) sign next to the field to move each field individually.
- Select a field and use the single right arrow button to move the selected field.
- Select multiple fields using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click and use the single right arrow to move the selected fields.
- Use the double right arrow to move all the fields displayed in the Available section to the Selected section.
- Check the Required check box for any field in the Selected section to require the field before proceeding with the account management configuration.
- Select a field and use the up and down arrows to change the order of the fields in the Selected section.
- Click Save when complete. You return to the Add ACM Component Configuration screen.
- Click OK. You return to the Component Settings screen.
- Click OK.
ACM Company Information Component
You use the ACM Company Information Component to configure the fields public-facing users completes about their company. For example, company name, address, website and phone number. To configure the ACM Company Information Component:
- From the Content Builder screen, select the ACM Company Information component.
- Drag and drop the component into the desired location of the Page section. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter the name of the component into the Name field. For internal use only.
- Click the Configure button. The Add ACM Component Configuration screen opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Description - Internal name for the component.
- Heading - Text that displays as a header on the online page.
- Summary - Text that displays under the header on the online page.
- Click the Select button next to the Select Account Fields label to select the fields for the public-facing users to complete about their company. The Select Content Configuration Fields screen opens.
- Move the fields you want available from the Available section to the Selected section. To move fields you can:
- Use the green plus (+) sign next to the field to move each field individually.
- Select a field and use the single right arrow button to move the selected field.
- Select multiple fields using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click and use the single right arrow to move the selected fields.
- Use the double right arrow to move all the fields displayed in the Available section to the Selected section.
- Check the Required check box for any field in the Selected section to require the field before proceeding with the the account management configuration.
- Select a field and use the up and down arrows to change the order of the fields in the Selected section.
- Click Save when complete. You return to the Add ACM Component Configuration screen.
- Click OK. You return to the Component Settings screen.
- Click OK.
ACM Security Component
You use the ACM Security Component to add a password field to the Sign Up screen. When using this component, you must have the First Name, Last Name and Email fields selected in the ACM User Information Component. To configure the ACM Security Component:
- From the Content Builder screen, select the ACM Security component.
- Drag and drop the component into the desired location of the Page section. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter the name of the component into the Name field. For internal use only.
- Click OK.
ACM Preferences Component
You use the ACM Preferences Component to manage the communication and data storage preferences for your customers. See Manage Communication & Data Storage Preferences for information about preference types. To configure the Preferences Component:
- From the Content Builder screen, select the ACM Preferences component.
- Drag and drop the component into the desired location of the Page section. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter the name of the component into the Name field. For internal use only.
- Click OK. You configure the available preferences during the account management configuration.
ACM Food Allergies Component
You use the ACM Food Allergies Component to allow your public-facing users to enter their food allergies. To configure the Food Allergies Component:
- From the Content Builder screen, select the ACM Food Allergies component.
- Drag and drop the component into the desired location of the Page section. The Component Settings screen opens.
- Enter the name of the component into the Name field. For internal use only.
- Click the Configure button. The Add ACM Component Configuration screen opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Description - Internal name for the component.
- Heading - Text that displays as a header on the online page.
- Summary - Text that displays under the header on the online page.
- Click OK. You return to the Component Settings screen.
- Click OK.
Profile Content Builder Layout
- Click the Account Management Configurations link from the Main Menu. The Account Management Configurations screen opens.
- Select the account management configuration you want to configure the content builder layout.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Account Management Configuration screen opens.
- Select the Additional Information tab.
- Click the Add Layout link next to the Profile Content Builder Layout label. The Content Builder screen opens. The available pages display on the left side of the screen: User Information, Company Information, Security, Preferences, Removal Request and Allergy Information. The User Information page is required. You cannot remove it.
- Select the page to translate. The Content Builder Layout Required Fields screen opens. You only need to do this once. You skip to step 9 if you have already entered this.
- Enter the name for the content builder layout into the Name field.
- Click OK. The Page Settings screen opens.
- Click the Translate link to translate the page name to a different language. The Add Alternate Text Set screen opens.
- Click the Add button in the Alternate Text tab. The Add Alternate Text screen opens.
- Select the language for the translation from the Language drop-down.
- Enter the translation into the Name field.
- Click OK. You return to the Add Alternate Text Set screen.
- Repeat steps 10 - 13 for each language translation.
- Click OK. You return to the Page Settings screen.
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 6 - 16 for each page translation.

When I try to drag and drop component into Content Builder, I get the following message. I have checked privileges and there is nothing in there.

Your role needs to have one of the features assigned to have access to the Add Content Builder Layout:
This is because the content builder is only applicable when creating sign up for the above applications. All other (non-iEBMS) applications use Form Templates.

I am unable to update the sign-up ACM on our ESCV configuration - I receive the following error:
I have looked at adding the Features to the Admin role as outlined above by Maggie, but do not have any of these available.
Where else do I need to be looking to assign this permission?
