The following additional drawing features are available when working with room diagrams:
- Double-click - Double-click on a shape, line, measurement, polyline or polygon and Enterprise enters the edit points mode. If you double-click a text element, you can edit the content of the text. If you double-click a table, Enterprise enters manage mode.
- Draw Multiple - Right-click option available for items in the Diagram Item panel. Right-click on the item you want multiple of and a prompt opens to enter the aisle spacing. Draw a window on the screen and Enterprise fills the window with the items.
- Esc - Exits the mode you are in and returns you to select mode.
- F - Press the F key when moving an object to focus the snap settings on the object you are hovering over (ignoring all other objects for snapping purposes). This only works when moving or place an object and hovering over a different object.
- Hold ALT while resizing with grips - The object keeps the center point the same and adjusts all points to scale proportionally about the center.
- Mouse Wheel - Zooms in and out. Pressing the mouse wheel temporarily enters pan mode so you can move around the map. Releasing the mouse wheel exits pan mode immediately and returns you to select mode.
- Right-click on an object - Available options are determined by the object type.
- Substitute Chairs - Right-click option only available for table objects. Only items with the same type of table object are available for selection. This allows you to quickly update a table to another table of the same size that has a different amount of chairs.
- Substitute Diagram Item - Right-click option available on most objects. Opens a Diagram Item screen so you can select a new item to replace the selected item. Uses the center point of the selected item as the insertion point for the new item.
