Distorted Preview on Report Viewer

If your Crystal Report preview appears distorted or scrambled, check your browser settings. There was a recent update that could inadvertently update your browser settings.

To resolve this:

1. Browse to chrome://flags/ in Chrome or edge://flags/ in Edge.
2. Type Accelerated into the Search field at the top of the screen.
3. Open the drop-down next to the Accelerated 2D canvas option and select Disabled.
4. Clear the cache and rerun the report.

To resolve this in Edge:

1. Browse to edige://flags/ in Edge.
2. Type Accelerated into the Search field at the top of the screen.
3. Open the drop-down next to the Accelerated 2D canvas option and select Disabled.
4. Clear the cache and rerun the report.
