*Submitting a Product Idea does not a guarantee that it will be implemented. The decision to implement features is based on community interest, customer impact, scope of project and/or market need. Your ideas may be accepted or declined due to any one of these reasons.

Welcome to The Community!

This is the place for collaboration and positive, constructive interactions for all users. Everyone wants the best experience while they’re here. To make that happen, everyone must follow our community guidelines. Community members who violate these guidelines may have their content removed without notification and may be suspended or banned from The Community.

Maximize your exposure
To get the best results from interacting with the Community, do the following:
Create a new post for new questions: By all means, ask clarifying questions if they will help you respond to a post, but avoid asking a new question on an existing post. Questions added to existing posts tend to receive less attention. Create a new post to get noticed!
State your objective: Make it clear to the Community what you are trying to accomplish. Providing an example of a successful outcome is a great way to solicit ideas on how to achieve that result.
Be specific: The quality and usefulness of answers you receive from the Community are directly related to the quality of your initial post. Make sure to reference the specific feature, application, windows, sections, fields, or actions related to your inquiry.
Provide context: Fully describe your use-case and share any related information that you can. If in doubt, overshare. Your fellow Community members are brilliant! They will help you sort out the critical elements.
Be brief, but thorough: Single sentence posts are rarely productive. It often takes much longer to get results, and sometimes the Community does not respond at all due to a lack of information.

No harassment
Please keep all posts professional. Don't use The Community to harass, threaten, intimidate, shame or bully others. All posts, positive or negative, are allowed if they are in the context to the conversation, regardless of whether they are favorable or unfavorable to Momentus.

Be a good neighbor
• Before posting, search the Support Center to see if your question has already been answered.
• When you are posting, make sure to post in the correct forum. Please do not post duplicate messages in different areas of the Community.
• When you are replying to other users’ posts, please stay on topic. If you want to discuss another topic, create a new post. Don’t hijack another users’ post.
• Don't spam the comment section. This includes “+1” comments. If you agree with the poster or second their suggestion, please use upvotes instead. Spam comments are not counted toward product idea upvotes and may be deleted.
• If you can’t find an answer you're looking for in previous posts, start a new post. It may be tempting to drop your question on a previous thread that is about a similar topic. By doing so, you are severely limiting the chances of it being seen by other users and you may not get replies.

Maintain privacy
Don't share private or personal information including addresses, telephone numbers, account credentials, etc.

Advertisement/Solicitation
Soliciting business or advertising paid services is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, client vendors, third party consulting services and freelance individuals.

Make the most of it
Have fun! Share your knowledge! Collaborate with thousands of other users just like you!

Community Maintenance
The Education Services Team monitors and curates Community content, ensuring it conforms to these guidelines. To maintain currency, posts concerning retired applications and features, or out-of-support versions, are periodically locked for comment or archived.
