Virtual Desktop Environments
Momentus recommends that browsers run directly on the local workstations. Virtual desktop environments (i.e. thin client, Remote Desktop, Citrix) are not supported as performance issues may occur.
Desktop/Laptop Requirements
For optimal experience, desktops/laptops need to meet the following requirements. The Advanced Configuration is recommended for advanced use of Momentus Enterprise (Floor Plan, Room Diagramming, Financials reporting, bulk data updates, etc.) or for intensive use of multiple applications on the same device, especially those that are processor-heavy such as graphics, video or reporting/analysis software.

Common Performance Recommendations:
- Momentus requires direct connections to website data for optimal performance.
- Usage of Proxy Servers, DNS protection software, or any other protection brokering tools are not supported by Momentus.
- HTTP2 capable device and network is preferred for an optimal experience.
- Local Client caching is required for an optimal experience.
- Network settings or hardware that prevents local caching can hinder performance.
- Client Performance should be 60+ (minimal) or 100+ (optimal) as measured on https://browserbench.org/Speedometer2.0/
