To better serve our clients with the fastest solutions possible, we will be updating our request forms to better align with our internal processes. Here are the changes we will be making:
- The Contact Technical Services for Paid Custom Projects and the Contact a Consultant forms will no longer be available for selection. Instead, please contact your Account Manager or your Value Success Manager to schedule training sessions or for new Technical Services custom projects or reports.
- For errors in existing Technical Services custom projects or reports, please use the Report an Error form. On this form, check Existing Technical Services Custom Project or Report and provide the name of the project or report in the text field provided.
We will handle the rest and ensure your request gets routed the correct teams! These changes will take effect on April 5, 2024.
