To reset an iEBMS for a single contact, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the appropriate Contacts screen (Event Sales, etc.).
2. Select the contact, right-click and select Tools -> Change Internet Password. The Change Internet Password screen opens.
3. Enter the new password into the New Password field and confirm the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
4. Click OK.

How can the exhibitor change their password after we manually reset? There is no option once logged into the account setting.
