The Risk Assessment details page displays critical information including actionable controls and measures, approvers, owners and due dates, ensuring nothing escapes your radar. For more about Risk Assessments, including step-by-step instructions to add them, see Add a Risk Assessment.
Click a risk assessment in the Risk Assessment Home Page to view its details.
On the details page you can:
- Update the status of the risk assessment: Draft, Open, Blocked, or Complete. In the upper-left corner, click the arrow by the status and select the new status.
- Click the pencil by the title to edit the title.
- Approve the risk assessment. Click Approve Risk Assessment in the header under the title.
- Add risks. Click Add Risks in the header under the title.
- Duplicate the risk assessment to copy an existing risk assessment that is for a repeat or similar event, department, or venue. Click Duplicate in the header under the title.
- Export the risk assessment to PDF. Click Export to PDF in the header under the title.
- Click the three dot menu in the upper-right corner to:
- Archive the risk assessment.
- Delete the risk assessment.
- Share the risk assessment with users or user groups.
- Export the risk assessment to PDF.
- View details including start and end date, confidentiality, owner, approver, departments, event, and venue. Click any of these details to edit them.
- Click an individual risk to view its full details.
