The identity provider behind the Merchant Portal is changing from Okta to Microsoft Entra. An identity provider is a service that stores and verifies user identity. The first time you log in after this change, you will be required to verify that you are the account owner and then update your password. You can verify your identity via text/SMS message or email.
To verify your Merchant Portal Account:
- Go to the Merchant Portal login page.
- In the field under Sign in, enter your email address.
- Click Next.
- Verify your identity:
- To verify via SMS/text message:
- Select your country code and enter your phone number.
- The country code for the USA and Canada is +1.
- Click Next. A code will be sent via SMS to the phone number you entered.
- Enter the code.
- Click Verify.
- Select your country code and enter your phone number.
- To verify via email:
- Click Use a different verification options.
- Select Email. A code will be sent to the email address you entered.
- Enter the code.
- Be sure that there isn't a space at the end of the code!
- Click Verify.
- To verify via SMS/text message:
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password. Passwords must contain an upper case letter, lower case letter, special character, and a number.
- Enter the same password in the next field to confirm it.
- Click Sign in.
