If your UDFs aren't showing up on your SOP site, here are a couple of things to check:
The first thing to check is that your UDFs are located in the right place. Verify that your UDFs are in Opportunity Types - Event Sales and that the Status is Active.
The next thing to verify is that your events to which your SOP is referring have the correct Order User Fields. To do this, edit your event > Configuration tab > Order User Fields Type. Verify that the UDFs here match the UDFs chosen in your SOP configuration.

Would you suggest the UDFs as the best method for a customer to enter a shipping address in addition to the billing address at checkout? Also, how would one configure an automatic $5 charge for postage with every order?

Could someone please update this so that it is at least version 20? Preferably version 30
