You can copy an existing campaign to quickly create another campaign. You can then adjust each campaign step as needed so you do not have to create an entire campaign from the beginning. The accounts/contacts in the campaign are not copied; only the campaign information and campaign steps are copied.
To copy a campaign:
- Click the Campaigns link for the applicable area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, etc.). The Campaigns screen opens.
- Select the campaign you want to copy.
- Right-click and select Tools -> Copy Campaign. The Copy Campaign screen opens.
- Expand the New Campaign section.
- Enter the following information:
- ID - Unique alphanumeric code used by Momentus Enterprise. *AUTO auto-generates a code. You can overwrite the *AUTO with your own code if desired.
- Description - Name of the campaign. Defaults to the campaign description you are copying.
- Owner - Internal user responsible for the campaign. Defaults to the user copying the campaign.
- Click OK.
