It is useful to have previous event order information to support sales with repeat exhibitors. The exhibitor record displays this information on the Previous Order Items tab.
The Previous Order Items tab updates automatically when the following criteria are met:
- The current event will link to the previous event by updating the Previous Event field.
- The Previous Event field is typically located on the Details tab of the event.
- The Previous Event field populates automatically when using the Copy Event process to create the new event. Users must update the field when creating the event manually.
- The Exhibitor records for both events use the same account code.
The Previous Order Items tab combines items from all service orders for the exhibitor. Exhibitor registration orders do not display. If the current event includes more than one exhibitor record for the same account, the same information displays for each record.
