Event Search Occurs On or Within Filter

The Occurs On/Within date range filter returns events based upon the In Date and Out Date fields. If any portion of an event occurs between the date range entered in the Occurs On/Within fields, the event displays in the search results.

Event Start Date and End Date are not evaluated when using the Occurs On/Within filter.

Examples

If the Occurs On/Within date range is set to 05/10/23 through 05/17/23...

...the following events will display in the search results.

• Event with In Date of 01/01/23 and Out Date of 12/31/23
• Event with In Date of 05/01/23 and Out Date of 05/10/23
• Event with In Date of 05/17/23 and Out Date of 05/31/23
• Event with In Date of 05/11/23 and out Date of 05/16/23

...the following events will not display in the search results.

• Any events with an Out Date of 5/9/23 or earlier
• Any events with an In Date of 5/18/23 or later
