Determine which Dictionary is being used by an iEBMS Configuration

All of the verbiage displayed on a v19 iEBMS configuration can typically be set in one of three places:

1. Within the core demographics within the software, such as the account name, event description, or product and service, etc.
2. Within the iEBMS configuration, such as custom confirmation text or form groups, etc.
3. Within the EBMS Dictionaries.

Within Enterprise, multiple dictionaries can be configured, and each v19 iEBMS configuration can either use the same dictionary, a different dictionary, or a combination of both.  If you would like to make a change to the verbiage that is displayed on your iEBMS page, it can be beneficial to know which dictionary to edit.

All iEBMS configurations specify a Dictionary, and for the majority of iEBMS configurations, this can be found by following these steps. 

1. Go to the v19 Main Menu.
2. On the left-hand-side, select iEBMS (if you don't see this option in the menu, ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to view this menu option).
3. On the right-hand-side, click on the iEBMS module that you want to check.
4. Double click on the iEBMS configurations that you want to check.
5. On the General tab, there will be a drop-down box labeled Dictionary with a dictionary currently selected.
   This is the EBMS Dictionary that is being used by your v19 iEBMS configuration.

The remaining v19 iEBMS configurations can be accessed via their respective Web Configurations.
For example, the dictionary for the Registration Web Configuration can be found by going to: v19 Main Menu > Event Management & Coordination > Event Master > Find your event > Options Menu > Registration > Options Menu > Registration Configuration > Double click the appropriate Web Configuration.

If you want to edit any of the verbiage, you can go to your EBMS Dictionaries and edit the appropriate dictionary from there:

1. Go to the v19 Main Menu.
2. On the left-hand-side, click on System Administration (if you don't see this option in the menu, ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to view this menu option).
3. On the right-hand-side, click on the EBMS Dictionaries option.
4. Edit the dictionary that your v19 iEBMS configuration is using.
