iEBMS COE to REG Bypass Event Details Page

When linking COE and REG, the event details page displays with the “Click to Register” option to allow for the user to move to the registration configuration. If there is no event information to display, often this page is not required and should be bypassed. To achieve this, a simple piece of Javascript should be added to the structure page (just before the end body tag) for only page 2 of COE for the associated configuration to automatically perform the click to register. It is also advised to hide any page content through CSS as to not present any page information during the page load process. Note, the associated calendar should be configured to only display events with a registration configuration or the bypass will create an error.
