Once a service order item has been cancelled, it can be reinstated so the order items is set back to an Active status and all charges are reinstated. Only items which have been cancelled can be reinstated.
To reinstate an order item, follow the below steps:
1. From the Global Navigation Bar, click the Events button.
2. Select the event which contains the cancelled service order item.
3. Select the Service Orders Items tab.
4. Select the cancelled order item, right-click and select Tools -> Reinstate Item.
The order item will be set to the active item status and the ordered total will be updated as needed.
