You can make updates to a campaign after it is already created and after retrieving the accounts/contacts.
If you make an update to a campaign that includes changes to any of the campaign steps, including adding or removing campaign steps, then you need to retrieve the accounts/contacts again.
Update Campaign Information
- Click the Campaigns link for the applicable area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, etc.). The Campaigns screen opens.
- Select the campaign to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign screen opens.
- Make the necessary updates.
- Click OK.
Update Campaign Steps
- Click the Campaigns link for the applicable area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, etc.). The Campaigns screen opens.
- Select the campaign to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign screen opens.
- Select the Campaign Steps tab. Proceed as needed:
- To add a new campaign step, click the Add button.
- To edit an existing campaign step:
- Select the campaign step.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Step screen opens.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click OK.
- To copy a campaign step:
- Select the campaign step.
- Right-click and select Copy Step. A copy icon displays to the left of the selected link to indicate it copied.
- Select the step you want before the step you have copied.
- Right-click and select Paste Step. The Paste Campaign Step screen opens.
- Enter a new description for the step.
- Click OK. The new step is added after the selected step.
- To rearrange the order of the steps:
- Select a campaign step.
- Right-click and select Rearrange Rows. The Rearrange Rows screen opens.
- Use the arrow buttons on the left to change the order of the campaign steps.
- Click OK.

Are you able to multi edit project detail status within a campaign - cant see it on the tools facility

Select multiple records, right click, tools, campaigns, change detail status on campaign.
Found that on a local 20.80L install (so if it's not available on your system it must be a configuration/access issue).
Shout if you can't find it i'll hop on and take a look.
