- Navigate to the screen with the list to export.
- Click the Tools button at the stop of the screen.
- Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF. The Export Options screen displays.

Thanks Sandra - I have opened a ticket - it appears the issue is only when I have the calculated roll up field in the view which is a field that I need.

Is there any future plans for the formatting to be exported,
i.e in GL inquiry you can set up the nice colours and indents for the accounts and web view, but then you go to export it and you are stuck with vanilla black text.

Hi Kieron, I will check that for you and get back to you as soon as possible!

Also - the Heading and Subheading options in v19 were an essential ingredient in making the export of a well crafted view look more like a real report, can we please have this back in v20? Thanks.

Kieron and Sean - We agree these are good requests, but we currently have no plans to expand on the functionality that is available here today.

Hi all,
with most users being on v30 and having a modern look of the program, the exports to Excel still have the old design. Is there any possibility to either have Ungerboeck introduce a more modern design of the Excel export or even being able to personalize the design (by Organization)?
Thanks, Elisabeth
