Event Sync Integration Between Momentus Elite & WeTrack
We are excited to announce the introduction of Event Sync Integration between Momentus Elite and WeTrack. This new feature enables seamless synchronization of events created in Elite, ensuring that WeTrack users have consistent and up-to-date information across their project, risk, task and incident management workflows . The integration facilitates real-time data exchange, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of discrepancies or missed updates.
What does this mean for the interaction between systems?
-
Connected, Streamlined Event Planning: Events created in Elite will automatically sync with WeTrack’s Event Manager. This seamless integration allows for the easy creation and linking of risk assessments and risk profiles directly within the event planning phase.
-
Effortless Pre and Post-Event Scheduling: Checklists and tasks can be pre-scheduled by Event Type. Whenever an event syncs, all relevant pre and post-event tasks are automatically scheduled, complete with the designated owner, location, description, and more.
-
Enhanced Post-Event Reporting: With automatic synchronization between Elite and WeTrack’s Event Manager, users can effortlessly tag jobs and incidents to specific events. This enables the automatic generation of incident and job reports tied directly to the event, streamlining post-event analysis.
This initial integration is just the start of our commitment to improving the interoperability of WeTrack and Momentus Core Products, so please feel free to reach out to your account manager for more information.

- Expected crowd type
- Length of event
- Expected percentage of venue capacity
These questions and their answers can be customized or removed in Settings > Risk >Risk Profiling.
Sustainability Module
Include GHG Category, Pillar, and Reporting Directive as Fields in Indicator Management
We have expanded the functionality of the indicator management system within WeTrack by introducing three new optional fields:
- GHG Category
- Pillar
- Reporting Directive.
These fields are now available when adding new indicators or reviewing existing indicator details. This enhancement enables users to categorize and align their indicators more effectively with relevant environmental frameworks and reporting standards.
Show CO2e Amounts in Emission Dashboard Widgets
The Emission Dashboard has been updated to display CO2e amounts directly within its widgets. This feature provides users with immediate visibility into the greenhouse gas emissions associated with their activities or indicators, expressed in a standardized CO2e metric.
