View Database Field and Table Names

To view the field and table name for any field within the software:

  1. From the screen with the field you want the field name or table name for, click the Edit Layout link in the lower right corner. The Edit Layout screen opens.
  2. Hover over the field name you want to change.
  3. Click the Edit button. The Field Settings screen opens.
  4. The Name field displays the database field name and the Name - Tables field displays the database table name.
  5. Click OK.

    Hello Gavin,

    All opportunities data is stored in the CR073_Issues table. Supplier opportunities are identified as opportunities where the Class value is designated as Supplier Issue (that is, CR073_ISSUE_CLASS ="S").

    For reference, here is the list of values for issue class. It can be helpful when viewing raw opportunities data.

    • C=Event Sales Opportunity
    • R=Registration Issue
    • P=Personnel Issue
    • L=Public Relations Issue
    • M=Membership Issue
    • T=Tour Sales Issue
    • V=Visitor Inquiry Issue
    • S=Supplier Issue
